Child Safety Standards

1. Our zero-tolerance policy

Vybe strictly prohibits child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child sexual exploitation, grooming, sextortion, sexual solicitation of minors, trafficking, and any attempt to contact or meet minors for unsafe, sexual, exploitative, or illegal purposes.

Accounts, activities, messages, profiles, photos, clips, or any other content that violates this policy may be removed immediately. We may suspend or permanently ban accounts and report illegal activity to relevant authorities where required by law.

2. Age restrictions

• Vybe is intended for users aged 18 and above.
• Users must not create an account if they are under 18.
• We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
• If we learn that a minor has created an account, we will take steps to remove the account and associated personal data.

3. Reporting and user controls

Users can report unsafe behaviour, suspicious profiles, activities, chats, or other content from within the Vybe app. Users can also block other users and contact us directly at vybeappclub@gmail.com.

Reports involving child safety, exploitation, grooming, threats, or suspected illegal activity are treated as high priority.

4. Review and enforcement

• We review reports and investigate accounts or content that may violate this policy.
• We remove violating content and may suspend or ban accounts without prior notice.
• We may preserve relevant information and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.
• We may restrict features for users who attempt to evade moderation or abuse reporting systems.

5. Safety by design

Vybe includes safety features such as phone verification, reporting, blocking, trust scores, activity approval flows, privacy controls, and safety settings to reduce abuse and help users make informed decisions before meeting others.

Please include as much detail as possible, such as usernames, activity titles, chat context, screenshots, and the date/time of the incident.
