Delete Your Vybe Account

1. Delete your account in the app

1. Open Vybe and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps.

Your account is deleted immediately once you confirm. You will be signed out.

2. Can't access the app? Request deletion by email

Email us at [email protected]from any address with the subject “Delete my Vybe account” and include the phone number registered on your account (and your username, if you know it). We may ask you to verify that the account is yours before deleting it, and will confirm once it is done.

3. What is deleted

• Your profile (name, username, bio, photo, location, interests) and your sign-in account, including your phone number.
• The hashed copy of your phone number used for Find Friends.
• Activities you hosted, including their details and requests to join them.
• Your requests to join other activities, ratings you gave and received, clips and stories.
• Your follower and following relationships, blocks you created, and notifications.
• Your coin balance and transaction history, and streaks.
• Push notification tokens, and your membership in all chats.

4. What is retained

• Messages you sent in group chats may remain visible to other participants, but are no longer linked to your account.
• Reports you submitted about other users or content may be kept, without your identity attached, so we can continue to act on safety issues.
• Photos and videos you uploaded are removed from your profile immediately, but the underlying files may remain in storage until our routine storage clean-up removes them.
• Backups and logs may contain residual copies for a limited period before being overwritten, and we may keep information where the law requires us to.
